DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
You can check out using the gest checkout option meaning no additional information will be needed. However this means you will miss out on the perks available to our vape club members. Additionally your account store all your order details making checkout a lot faster and you will have full access to track your order.
I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
You password can be reset via the Account sign area. Press the icon next to the basket on the header of the website. There is a ‘Forgotten Password’ link that will prompt you to enter your email address. You will receive an email containing a link that allows you to reset your password.
HAS MY ORDER GONE THROUGH?
When you successfully place an order, you will se an ‘Order Conformation’ screen containing a order reference number. You will also receive an email conformation and you can also find your order in the account area.
If you belive you’ve placed an order but it is not appearing in your account, please contact a member of the team who will be happy to help.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you want to cancel an order, you’ll need to inform us immediately that you no longer want the items. As all orders are dispatched by 4pm, you’ll have to contact us prior to the cut-off point as we won’t be able to cancel orders past 4pm.

UK Delivery is normally 1-2 working days
Mainland Europe 3-7 working days

HAS MY ORDER BEEN DISPTACHED YET?
All orders are processed the same day as long as orders are placed before 4pm. When your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping conformation email.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
We offer same delivery to certain postcodes that can be found on our Delivery Information page. As we use multiple distribution warehouses, only certain items are available for same day delivery. These items will have a badge to inform you they are eligible for same day delivery. Please ensure orders are placed before 5pm. Orders will be delivered before 9pm the same day.
MY ORDER ISN'T CORRECT?
Please contact us immediately via the contact us. If we are not notified within 14 days of arrival that your order is not correct, we may not be able to help
