Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Return address
To return an unwanted or faulty item, please address it to: Escobar Inc, 68 Cambridge Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7EH. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless the items returned are suspected to be faulty. We recommend that all returns are sent back to us via a tracked and insured service as we will not be liable for parcels lost in transit.
Unwanted Items
Unwanted items or entire orders can be returned to us within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You must notify us within 30 days of purchase that you want to return an item.
- Returned items must be received within 14 days of the returns forum being issued.
Please Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for e-liquids, vape kits, disposable e-cigarettes and refill pods that have been opened, unless faulty
Faulty Items
If you have received an item you believe to be faulty or you are having problems with an item you have purchased please submit a support ticket via contact us. A team member will help resolve the problem or supply you with the necessary return forms.
You will receive the credit within 3-5 working days depending on your card issuer's policies.

Warranty Information
Batteries
All batteries are considered consumable items and have a limited lifespan dependent on usage.
Batteries have a lifespan of approximately 150-200 charge cycles or 3 months and they are heavily dependent on usage. Batteries will become less effective over time and eventually they will need to be replaced.
Please note:
- Devices with internal batteries / built in batteries have a 3-month warranty
- Individual 18650 / 20700 batteries have a 3-month warranty
Tanks/Clearomisers/Semi Disposable Tanks
Please keep in mind that some parts of the tanks regardless of make or capabilities are likely to wear out over time. Those parts will need to be replaced regularly to maintain good working order of the product.

Disposable / Consumable Products
Please note:
- All coils, replacement pods and disposable tanks are classed as a consumable/disposable product and as such have a variable lifespan. This can be anywhere between 2-14 days, but this is heavily dependent on liquid, power and usage. As such, these are only covered under a 48-hour warranty unless they were faulty at the time of manufacture or “dead on arrival” in which case the fault would need to be reported within 48 hours of purchase.
- We do not accept returns of liquids or Heets unless they are unopened, unused and all seals are intact.
For any disposable warranty claims, we will require the batch number from the box. We are unable to replace any disposable vape kits without this information. Additional video or photographic evidence may be required.
Please contact us to log your problem. You may be required to return the kit or mod for assessment. For an eligible warranty claim we will require the item returned to us within it's original packaging. We will not accept liability of any items that are damaged in anyway.
